Credit History
We look at your credit history NOT just your credit score. What is the difference? You may have a low credit score due to indiscretions from a few years back still pulling down your score. We understand "life" happens. That is why we look at your payment history from the last few years, regardless of score.

Criminal History

We process a NATIONAL background check on any and all adults in your party intending to live on the premises. Please be advised, indiscretions do no automatically disqualify your party.

Household Income
​
We analyze the combined monthly income of all adults in your party intending to be financially responsible for the lease. Every adult's monthly income combined should equal 3 x the amount of the monthly rent of your desired unit.
