Once your lease is signed, you will need to do the following:
 

• Contact your agent to set up a time, no more than 8 business hours prior to your lease start date, to submit your final payment in full, and receive the keys to your new unit.

  • See your receipt for the exact amount that is still pending and needs to be paid in full.

  • No personal checks or cash.  Money orders, or cashier's checks ONLY.  (ask your agent who to make out the cashier's check or money orders to.)

  • ON-LINE PAYMENTS ARE NOT AN OPTION FOR YOUR FINAL PAYMENT.
